  SCAM ARTIST! This company sold my grandma an old mattress that they refurnished and claimed it was new. Just after the first day my grandma slept in the bed there was a sink hole. When she explained to them that it was not comfortable enough for her for her knee replacement she was having in a few weeks they refused to refund or exchange the mattress. This company does not care about their customers or the elderly. They should be completely ashamed of themselves! Selling stolen and defective items as new!

  They said there mattresses were new but I don't think they are. Some of them look like they have been slept in with indents formed on both sides.
