  My (now) husband and I chose this hotel for our wedding night and were thoroughly disappointed with the customer service we received. I walked into the hotel after the wedding in my wedding dress and there was nobody at the front counter. A few minutes later, a lady comes out to the front desk. She barely made eye contact with us, no small talk, and no acknowledgement that we were clearly there for our wedding night. Customers were leaving the bar and congratulating us, but the woman checking us in never said a word, just robotically asked us for our credit card. On top of that, the “junior suite” we had was unimpressive, and I have paid half as much for nicer rooms elsewhere. We called the next morning to ask for a late checkout because our flight for the honeymoon was late in the day. We were told that housekeeping was upset that they had been giving so many late checkouts, so we would have to check out at the normal time. There was also a spider in our bed, and the refrigerator in the rooms are locked up, so you have to go to the front desk to get the key if you want to use it. We thought that the access to the lounge may add some value, but you have to buy your drinks in the lounge as well. We chose this hotel for the great location and good reviews, but what should’ve been a very special hotel stay was a complete letdown and we will not be coming back.

  Great place! As a wedding venue it could do well to make it more decorative in areas for photos. Event coordinator lindsay was A+! Loved her =)

  I was a little disappointed, the bathroom sink was slow, the TV stations weren't working, the door stopped working (they had to break in and move me) and the bar burger wasn't all that the bartender talked it up to be. All the same the service was responsive and there was no shortage of apologies for blowing it. Good location and maybe they were having a bad week and I was the right person in the wrong place...

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Clean & luxurious. Everything about the stay was wonderful. Staff courteous, prompt, & efficient. The room was spacious and clean. Smelled wonderful. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was huge & well stocked. All the amenities you would expect from a fine hotel & more. Nice restaurant.

  The hotel is wonderfully located in the upscale Cherry Creek area. Unlimited array of excellent dining choices in Cherry Creek. Also, vast amount of great shopping including everything from boutique shops to a luxurious enclosed mall with lots of great brand names and beyond. The JW restaurant- Second Home Kitchen-has a great bar scene inside and out. Large fire pit takes the chill off outside. The restaurant serves a good variety of tasty plates. Super brunch on weekends too. Staff is very attentive. Valet parking if desired. Parking is not free in Cherry Creek, so add $30-40 Per day onto expenditures. Downtown Denver is a 10 minute +/_ drive from there.
