::A one star rating is too good for this company. I ordered a plant to be delivered for a funeral. I am in New York, the funeral is in Idaho. I ordered it on Saturday, March 31, 2018. With guaranteed same day delivery, The funeral was/is Monday April 2, 2018 at 10 am, viewing at 9 am. Got an email on the 31st that they had contacted the funeral home and arranged for delivery on Sunday April 1st. Not happy but -K- since they would still be on time. This morning at 10:44 am NY time (8:44 am Idaho time) , April 2, I got a call from Angel that because of the remoteness of the delivery they needed another $60 to get the arrangement to the funeral home, uh it's already too late since the entire service was at a church not funeral home. I said no there would be no extra charge, demanded the entire purchase price along with all delivery fees and handling be refunded and that the arrangement be delivered to the home of the widow today. I also asked for the name and contact information of the local florist being used so I could contact them personally and see what arrangements could be made to rectify this situation. 4 customer service agents and 6 phone calls later, refusal to give me the local florists, charging me the purchase price (after refusing to cancel my order), completely missing the funeral they finally agreed to deliver the arrangement to the home of the widow. Oh ya at first they said home delivery would not me possible since no one would be home because of the funeral I suggested they deliver them this afternoon. What a bunch of idiots. Not a decent English speaker among them. Save yourself the stress and embarrassment, NEVER, EVER use these guys. Go local if you can, which is what I tried to do but got these ninnies instead. Oh, I will get a total refund, contacted my CC company even before I got off the phone with Reggie the "manager" handling my "situation. Finally did get my refund. It only took 4 days of haggling . First they wanted to still deliver the arrangement, with an apology for being late and for $20 extra dollars. Ah no. It took 4 emails and 5 more phone calls with "Reggie" to make it happen. I will never be desperate enough to use this company again.

::Worst customer service I've ever experienced hands down. If you want flowers make sure to order 3 years in advance...you might just get them delivered on time!

::WORST EVER!!!!!!!! CALLED AND PERSONALLY SPOKE TO A HUMAN LIVE PERSON YESTERDAY TO SEND FLOWERS TO MY SISTER. THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY COULD DELIVER TODAY. 3:45 PM I GET A CALL FROM AN AGENT THAT SAID THAT THEY CAN'T FIND SOMEONE LOCAL TO DELIVER FLOWERS TO MY SISTER ON HER BIRTHDAY. THEY COULD DELIVER THEM TOMORROW BUT IT WOULD COST AN ADDITIONAL 50$ MORE ON TOP THE $77 I ALREADY SPENT. PISSED TO THE MOON RIGHT NOW. THEY SCREWED UP AND NOW WANTS MORE MONEY AND THEY CANT DELIVER ON THE DAY IT SUPPOSE TO.....HELL NO THIS IS THEIR MISTAKE VERY CLEAR AND THEY WANT TO CHARGE MY CARD SOME MORE. DEFINITELY CALLING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THEY COULD HAVE CALLED EARLIER IN THE DAY SO I COULD HAVE GOT ANOTHER FLORIST TO TAKE FLOWERS TO HER. NEVER NEVER USE THESE GUYS. GOING TO BLOG EVERY SITE THAT THEY ARE ASSOCIATED WITH.
