  My antique chair was dropped at Just Right Upholstery. I was given a quote that was above my budget. I sent a delivery person to pick up the chair. The chair was broken when it arrived back to my home. After speaking with the delivery person and Fabien at just right upholstery, it was evident that the chair was broken at Just Right Upholstery; further just right upholstery was trying to blame the damage on the delivery person. As you can see from the photos, this damage could not have occurred in the short trip in the back of my minivan from the shop to my home. Further, I requested that we settle this amiably and he has refused to discuss this any further with me.
