  Worst experience I’ve ever had. The hairdresser was talking with other worker during my haircut and did not pay attention to me. The worst thing is she did not wash my head before and after haircut (I’ve never experienced that in my life. I was expecting her that she will wash it after haircut. But she never did). Also, I showed her a picture of the haircut I want, but it wasn’t even close. So, I asked her to get short straight haircut. I am really disappointed. I had long and balayage hair before. Can’t play with others hair like that. I promise, I will never try Korean hair salon again. American salons have way better customer care.
