::Would give 0 stars if I could. Walked in today looking to get a UHaul since the place advertises as a UHaul Dealership. The guy at the store could not have been less interested in my business. I asked him to reserve me a van for tomorrow: he was on Facebook the whole time talking to me and told me that I have to call 1800-Uhaul. When I explained that that's not a phone number he just said "Yeah, just call that." Rude, inattentive and simply bad customer service. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

::I bought a kitchen furniture piece on April 8th. The piece arrived and was assembled but was damaged. We called the store and the salesman said he would get another one for us. This never happened and for a couple of weeks he said he was trying to get the same one but they didn't have it in stock. What he never said was that the one we had was the last one and they would not have the same one for 3 months.We found this out with the owner 2 weeks ago. I finally got fed up and asked my husband to call and let them know I wanted my money back and I can't wait any longer and the salesman had a better deal for us,where he promised to give us a better and bigger piece of furniture to make me happy but we weren't sure which piece it was so we had to come back and look at the catalogue. This time the owner was there and we explained everything. He apologized and said the same thing: He would give us the bigger and nicer one at no extra charge just to make us happy. I gave him my husband's name and phone number. Well he didn't do anything either; he didn't even tell his salesman about our visit and a week went by with no phone calls. Nothing until last Monday my husband called the furniture store and go figure, no straight answer! like I said the salesman didn't know about our talk with the owner and of course no piece of furniture was ready for us yet. Meanwhile, I had something in my home that I didn't want and I can't use. I grew sick of waiting so we paid the store a visit today and it looks like Friday is finally the day I can start to make my kitchen look nice, only because I yelled at this guy. I will never buy something from this place, never again!
