::I haven’t been here in a while but when I do go, I only go to juju. She is the best but unfortunately she is always over booked. You must make an appointment.

::The ladies are nice enough but this shop gets a D to failing on technique, value, and quality of service. I have been receiving SNS services on my nails for 2 years now. I usually fly out of state to the same place to have my nails done. I went here on a Monday evening and by Thursday my nails were chipped! Chipping with SNS?? It was a red flag for me when I was given a small bowl of acetone and told to put both hands in to soak my fingers. I noticed that the women use inferior products! The powder is SNS but the base coating, primer, top coating are all something else (not SNS product)! They instead have the brush tops for SNS in bottles of other products. I wish I would have said something, insisted on everything being original product (no knock off), or walked out. It's ok. It was a $32.66 plus $6 tip in a lesson learned. If you want a great experience with the SNS product...which I love...do not go here!! I wanted to return to have them correct the shotty work but decided it was best to leave it alone. If they are masking their use of inferior products in place of SNS and passing this off as good work, it would probably do more harm than good. Also, one of my nails broke with their coating! It snapped so low (across my nail bed!!) that I'll need to let it heal before getting anything done. All of this in two days time. Normally my SNS lasts 2 to 4 weeks and NEVER chips or breaks. Please, SNS is a wonderful product but you won't want places like this, that take short cuts, servicing your nails. Wish I could post photos. Update: photos posted!

::It was very dirty! Not just messy, dirty!! There was a slimy feeling on the small table of the pedicure chair, as well as nail powder. There were metrocards at each station and we watched them use it on another customer to remove her acrylics. There was remnants of nails and junk from a previous customer at the manicure station... The workers were obnoxiously loud. I had an appointment with my roommate and it didn't seem to matter because they didn't take us at the same time. The polish selection was minimal, the massage sucked if you could even classify it as one. I debated several times leaving but I didn't drive and it was pouring out and we had already started. I will not give it a 2nd chance.
