  Decadent menu with amazing and fast service. I especially appreciate the constant upkeep with cleanliness. They even give you the residual from the blender from your smoothie!

  Favorite store in the Bronx for health, wealth and sense of community. Heavy shout out too the Kings whom started this establishment, Styles P, Jadakiss, THE LOX...   I absolutely LOVE this place! The employees are friendly and patient. The smoothies are healthy, filling, nutritious, and on point each and every time. I only wish there was adequate parking but I pass this place twice a day so once I see parking, I grab it and head for my current favorite....Towing Protein!
