  Poor attitude of some staff. The most disappointed they are unprofessional！ what a bad hair salon experience！

  Amazing place to have a haircut!!! Those guys are also offering a gentle hair wash!!! It's really relaxing!!!

  First, they only take cash so have the money on you. I got my hair cut, colored with a base color and then highlighted. Took a long time but I was able to walk in without an appointment so I was okay with that. I was a bit worried at the way the procedure was done (different than I am used to) but at the end, I was happy with the result and that is all that matters. And the price could NOT be beat. $138 for everything so I tipped the guy who took a long time with my hair $25. The ONLY complaint I do have is that they really need to have someone sweep the floor occasionally. There were loads of hair all over the floor. Seriously, just get a broom and have someone sweep the floor of the hair every 1/2 hour. I almost asked them if they had a broom because I couldn't stand to look at the mess. It looked like the floor had never been swept. It's important to have a clean environment when people are coming to get their hair done. That was my only complaint. Somebody wanting to try the salon for the first time may walk in, see that mess on the floor and walk right out. Also, the bathroom could be cleaned a little. It's these little things that make a big difference in how people may view the salon.
