::The "professionals" here seem to misunderstand the definition of counseling. I had a terrible experience with an egotistical maniac who works here, and they will try their hardest to convince you that there's only one way of treating things like anxiety (the "professional" has a hard time comprehending things when they are broken down to him and then he proceeds to give off an attitude). Apparently breaking down life's issues into different categories, and not getting over them at the same time with different techniques is "not the way" anxiety should be addressed. Also, the "professional" who I had to waste time with, gave me contradicting information as he claims anxiety cannot be relieved with physical exercise and dietary changes. I'm just glad that there are real professionals in the world as opposed to mediocre people. I would not recommend this place to anyone who specifically has severe anxiety.

::My older son was here 10 yrs ago and it was a horrible experience. My DIL was here for a thyroidectomy, there were no beds so she spent th night in PACU. They need her bed in the AM so literally wheeled her outside and sat her on a bench until her ride could get there. Absolutely unacceptable. My son was brought in Sat after a motorcycle wreck. I was worried about his care. His care has been very good. Every nurse, resident, provider, therapist has been great. My only issue is we are in ICU. He has a head injury. Someone needs to be with him 24/7. I had a friend bring me a tea as Ibhad been here for 20 hrs with nothing to eat. The receptionist was very hateful. I think the policy of no drinks in the ICU is unacceptable for family members.

::If you’re looking for good mental health care GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These doctors, staff etc are unkind and uncaring. They will not help you, they stack you in like cattle, make you jump through hoops to get any helpful medication and then look down on you and turn their cheek when you tell them they aren’t giving you the help you need. This place (staff included) is a big JOKE. JPS DOES NOT ADVOCATE FOR YOUR HEALTH!!!

::*** WARNING - THIS PLACE IS A SCAM *** *** DO NOT GO THERE *** These guys are the worst ever place. I went for 15 minutes out patient office visit. I have a comprehensive health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield. So I had my one and only 15 minute encounter with Dr Seeni Ramya Pratima at the JPS Outpatient clinic. Before meeting her I asked if my insurance, which is a good one ( Bluecross Blueshield) covers the visit. I was told yes by her office at JPS as it was a Outpatient visit and there was a $25 Co pay which I paid. 3 weeks later I saw a claim of $260 filed to my insurance and my insurance company did not cover a single cent as the provider/doctor filed the claim as an emergency observation room visit. I spent hours and hours of my time taking to my insurance and billing department using my work hours. I have probably spent over 10 hours total on the phone .. imagine the headache and trauma. Finally I was forced to pay out of pocket as that is how the provider billed my insurance and they won't correct it. Note that this $260 included fake 'emergency' office visit and facility charges. All I came for was a simple appointment based Outpatient office visit. The story does not end there. 3 weeks after the 1st claim, the same provider billed my insurance again separately for another office visit for $280. This the insurance paid for. I was bewildered. For a 15 minutes Outpatient visit to a very run down facility, the doctor billed a total of $530 ... just a 15 min conversation. Note: Dr Seeni is a regular doctor, not a specialist. She billed me and my insurance for the same service. She is a scam. I go to specialists and doctors a lot and all I pay is copay through my insurance. I got bullied into paying as I didn't want to invest any more time to fight for my right. Neither do I have time to go to court and Sue Dr Seeni. She is a scam. She preys on unsuspecting patients. Never go to her. Warn all your family and friends to stay away from Dr Seeni Ramya Pratima and JPS all together. I will make it a point to share this review around every medical site I can... hopefully even the medical board. This is where she operates from. 1617 Hemphill St 1617 Hemphill St, Fort Worth, TX 76104, USA I repeat DO NOT GO THERE! If I could, I would SUE them but it is not worth my time and effort.

::The service you get at this location is questionable. There is always a lot of waiting. The staff act as though they have been train to be a caring staff but at times they seem a little stressed out by the number of patients coming through the facility. I had a tooth pulled at this location and the experience was totally different except the wait. When they finally got to me they was very caring professional and they knew what they was doing. It was a pain free experience and they didn't take long to do the procedure. They provided me with information before during and after the procedure was over. Why can't the other parts of this facility do the same.
