  If you have to reach them by phone, they are not very helpful. It takes too long, I get hung up on, etc. I was trying to make a payment, and couldn't reach them. So I ended up just mailing a check even though I am behind on payment. They kept calling me, and I just told them I mailed a check because your support via phone is awful and I don't have all day to devote to trying to give you my money. A check may be faster. I called today to check on the status of receiving the check and got hung up on.

  When no other lender would not finance my car in 20015 chase did and I am thank full to them pay your note on time and everything will fine thanks you chase

  Do not finance your car with Chase Auto finance! They are the worst!

  Chase's titling department is incompetent!! Chase auto finance will take your monthly payments but when it comes to actually keeping up their end of the bargain as a lienholder, they will hang you out to dry. I requested a copy of my title so I could register my vehicle to a new state. I've been waiting 3 months and still no title today. I can't get a new tag until I have the title so the car is illegal to drive. So i'm making payments on a car I can't drive. No help from customer service either - every time I call I get told they're mailing it out next week. I shouldn't have to hound these guys to make sure they do their jobs!!
