  In the middle of remodeling so there was a lot of dust other than that not bad for the price

  I stayed at the Joyce Hotel a couple of days and I really liked it! I had a very clean room and I paid only nineteen dollars for this two.bed.room and most of the time I spent there on my own. The staff is outstanding friendly, helpüful and nice, very good people! Some reviews are not fair in my opinion! You can't complain about a hotel that cheap in downtown Portland. And there is no place for complaints, because it doesn't smell, it*s not dangerous or whatever. There are living some people without money and it is good for them to have a place like this and for travellers on a budget ist's a good place at well, just try it! It's authentic, it's real, it's a good place! Frank
