::I've only been here for brunch but it was incredibly unique because they have a rotating buffet (changes to a different type of cuisine every month) and then they have a static menu of which you choose one item from. My friend and I selected the revel breakfast and grits -- the revel breakfast was good but the grits were amazing, I'd highly recommend that one. I'd probably recommend making a brunch reservation, the place was completely full when we arrived on a Sunday morning. I can appreciate this restaurant, but I'm just not a huge fan of fusion. I figure, if you're going to go for Asian food then just go full force. It's hard for me to fully enjoy and understand "trendy" or fusion Asian food. I think it's a little over-priced, I'd still recommend coming here and giving it a try. The service is good and the restaurant is adorable, just again, a little over-priced IMO.

::Made a reservation through open table at 6 for 3. The food was very well done and combines great flavors served family style. Waitress was very good and pleasant which warranted the mandatory 20% tip. We had very good drinks and spectacular desserts. The problem came at the end of the meal after we had paid and were finishing our drinks, as we were asked to leave at 8:05 for another reservation. That is not acceptable. There were 2 open tables next to our party that could have been utilized instead. If anything, the situation could have been avoided by stating in our email confirmation that the reservation had a 2 hour time limit, or asking the next party to wait at the bar for 10 minutes. Not a good impression to leave a customer who spent over 50 dollars a person at your establishment, nearly 70 after tip and tax.

::Joule was fantastic. We ate family style in a big group and got to sample most of the dishes. Everything tasted amazing and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend the steak tartar and the bone marrow for appetizers. The staff was incredibly helpful and gracious throughout the entire evening. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Seattle.

::Loved the drinks here. Food was really unique and they tasted fine, but a little too strange for me. It's more on the expensive side in terms of quantity/price. Everyone was really nice. I would definitely recommend if you want to try something different. Good for groups. They have an outdoor patio for warmer nights.

::Great restaurant. We really enjoyed the food here. The rice cakes are a must order. The octopus fell a little flat despite ordering it based on a great review of it. The steak was probably the best order. It was their signature short rib steak and it was truly amazing. The greens we ordered with the steak were also money. The cauliflower was just okay. Overall great place for Korean fusion steak. The bar was pretty good to sit at.
