  Josh is absolutely amazing and would recommend him to any married couple. My wife and I were having some communication issues and didn't know how to go about reconciling our feelings. Josh was able to show us how to convey our feelings in a constructive way. We've been so much better since we started seeing Josh. Can't express how good me and my wife have been. Thank you Josh for everything you were able to do with us. Thank you for showing me what real communication looks like and explaining to me that this is a lifetime process. Go see Josh if you're either having issues or just want to strengthen the relationship with your significant other.

  Josh is extremely effective and balanced when it comes to hearing both sides of the myriad issues my wife and I experience. He calls us both out to do the work it takes to resolve our issues. We never felt like he was dialing it in and really got to know us personally. We never felt like just another couple and none of his techniques came across as mumbo-jumbo jargon. He has really helped us tone down our resentments and anger and get to a place where we can start listening to each other again. Josh is great.

  Josh Nelson saved my marriage. After seeing another counselor for a year, then being miserable in our relationship for another year, we finally went to see Josh on the brink of divorce. Less than one year later, we have a solid, loving relationship devoid of resentment and based on real intimacy, love and admiration. We no longer see him for marriage counseling and my husband actually misses him. This from a man who never wanted to go to counseling in the first place. Josh is not your typical therapist who nods thoughtfully while you blather on about yourself. He gives you practical advice you can use immediately. He's engaged. And he's intent on getting your issues resolved so you can move on from therapy. All in all, we owe him much more than his session fee could ever cover.

  When my husband and I first searched for a couples therapist, I thought for sure my husband would feel more comfortable with a female. But after reading about Josh, we both decided he was “The One”. And he absolutely is. We could not ask for a better therapist, a better experience. I feel like I have my best friend back. I enjoy weekends now. We're a more cohesive parenting team. We can be vulnerable with each other and love each other because of the work we've done here. Each hour we spend with Josh is incredibly productive and effective. When we first started, I remember thinking, "God, this is expensive. I hope it helps." Let me tell you, it has. It's so worthwhile. This will change your life. Good luck!
