  Joe did a perfect job. He determined the problem quickly and did the repair quickly, as well. My 2000 subzero will keep going for MANY more years. Call him for your needs!!!!!!!

  I phoned Joseph Cote to service my Sub Zero because another repair company had told me it was not able to be repaired. Jonathan Cote arrived on time and was so knowledgeable and efficient that he repaired the problem in a very short time. He is very familiar with all the workings of the Sub Zero, and went above and beyond to check that all the areas of the refrigerator were in good working order. I was very impressed with the service, and I will use only Joseph Cote in the future for any servicing on this refrigerator!

  I called this company when my Subzero freezer died in a vacation house that we are only at on the weekends, so it was imperative for me to get this fixed on the weekend. I called another company first and waited all day on Saturday for them to come and they didn't show up or call. I emailed Joseph Cote and Company very early Sunday morning, and in a few hours he called and said he could come that day. We were impressed by his extensive expertise and knowledge of Subzero products and carefully explained the issues we were having and fixed the freezer promptly. I will call Joe for any of my appliance repairs going forward and wholeheartedly recommend him.
