  Careless, argumentative, and really very sloppy work. Didn't bother to do the services requested, damaged my clothing, and didn't seem to be too concerned with making things right. There are literally a dozen laundry/dry cleaners - safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. These guys will be out of business soon.

  Love Joseph & Tanya I've been coming to the cleaners a little over five years. They've been consistent in giving me quality service, I highly recommend them, especially for the neighborhood. The pick up & delivery service is always convienant and the fact that they hold my packages from time to time is also great!!

  I've been using them to clean all of my high end designer clothing! I've had a lot of damaged expensive clothes that the tailor helped fix for me. I'm so happy to have found a reliable dry cleaner in the West Village! Thanks guys!

  So I've tried every place in the west Village and Finally became a dedicated customer to Joseph . They're great I come in & the owner greeted me right away with a Russian joke and translated it for me, I almost had a new article of clothing for him to wash thats how funny he was. It was such a friendly experience I wish I remembered the joke . Tailoring is a must here his wife Tatyana is the best to go to for tailoring. I don't trust anyone else.
