  Horrible customer service they lie too much the lady the daughter and everyone that works there.I bought my quinceñera dress there they lied to me of giving me the dress before and then they lied about the tuxedos!Horrible store not recommended

  I planned a baptism for my kids and decided to have a professional take care of decorating the hall. BIG MISTAKE. This place has poor customer service. If your looking to get you event hall decorated I HIGHLY recommend you find somewhere else to do it. They are very unprofessional and they are so pricey for something that even myself can do on my own. I also rented chairs from and they charge me a lot just to deliver them to the place and the men that delivered it didn't even want to take the chairs out of the van for us. When I spoke to the woman name maria she basically said that its not her problem. Maria and her daughter are so uncoordinated because her mom will tell us one thing and then maria will tell us another. I paid almost a grand and what I got was simple and uninspired decorations and I'm never doing business at this shop ever again. If I could I wouldn't give them a star at all.

  Ivy Yumiguamo, im a manager her at Joselyns bridal and we have never encounter you as a customer here. Idk where you got all this from or what you have against the business but I can assure anyone that this person is lying and we always acommodate to all our guest needs.
