  I came in here for the first time and it is very unfortunate. I was coming in to purchase a couple shirts and had a couple bags in my hands. While I walked the store I asked the two male sales associates if I could get a larger bag to carry my bags in, even explained that I understand that DC charges for bags, just make my life simple. The one sales associate told me that without a purchase they can’t give me a bag, I told them I would pay for it. This store has no real customer service. I worked retail for 12 years and would have never suggested a possible customer needed to buy something in order to get a shopping bags for their other bags. I will not shop here and suggest going to the Springfield store. I have had wonderful experiences there.

  Good store to buy sweaters or shirts. Suit pants here are made of low quality. The staff is pushy and not friendly. You come in to buy some suit pants and the store tries to push you to buy a whole suit. You buy a pair of suit pants from the store and you will find yourself having to come in constantly for repairs.

  Adrian provided the best customer service we could have asked for - he has great expertise and is an all round great guy! Ten out of ten, would come again

  Good place to pick up some men's dress clothes. Mara there does an excellent job. She has a lot of personality and is very helpful.
