  Rude. Our experience was very unpleasant. Terry the store manager was rude from the get go. There was a bit of confusion with what we needed, for a wedding. It was obvious that he was annoyed with us. Terry the store manager literally sighed at us several times. Big loud rude huffs *ughh* multiple times during our visit. He sent us on our way with no help at all. Thankfully we decided to try the Jos. A. Banks in Village Pointe. Travis and all the staff were very nice and went out of their way to help us with what we needed. I highly recommend going to the Jos. A. Bank in Village Pointe not this one on Pacific Street.

  Terry is amazing. This was my first experience with Jos. A. Bank and I will make it my "go to" store for men's fashion going forward. Customer service was outstanding throughout the whole process, to include the sale, fitting, tailoring, and pick up items once completed. Highly recommend this location and sales staff.

  We just went into the store . . And walked the entire store without one single worker even acknowledging our presence. The girl literally made eye contact saw both me and my boyfriend and not a word. Not a good bye out the door or anything. Very very disappointing especially for their bottom line when he wanted two suits and some shirts! Terrible. No it was not super busy either.

  We recently had a wedding that we needed to get suits lined up for our groomsmen and decided we wanted to purchase suits instead of rent. We went to a couple different locations and had a hard time working with a couple different sales reps at various stores who told us it would not work because the suits vary to much in style and sizes and they simply would not give us the time of day. We finally met Brian at this location and he was a god send. He communicated well with us through out the entire process and I highly recommend working with him. He pays close attention to detail and always follows through on his word. Anytime I need a suit or something business attire related I will be sure to bring my business to him at this store because he truly cares about his customers. Thanks again Brian!
