  The staff has been very courteous and has explained everything above and beyond what was necessary, I have since decided to use their service, I went in to get my impressions done and I mentioned that I had a few teeth that were painful, instead of putting me off until my appointment ( which was done at a different dentist ), Dr. John asked another customer to wait, and he came in and pulled the teeth in distress. He truly does care about his patients.

  I made an appointment for a consultation for ozone therapy. There aren't many dentists in the area who do it. Google has positive reviews from Jonathan, however everywhere else doesn't...he must be paying someone to write these reviews! Because look, the first appointment I was late so it had to be rescheduled. She rescheduled and gave me an appointment card. At the next appointment, there was "no appointment" and I had to reschedule again. Okay. I'm desperate to consult about ozone therapy so fine. Then the Friday before my Monday appointment, I get an email saying the appointment has been cancelled and they'll call on Monday to set up another appointment. Never received a phone call. A week or two later, the person hung up upon answering. I called again, I explained what happened and wanted make another appointment. They put me on hold, then hung up again. Ok? I called again! And they said it got cut off and didn't apologize (unprofessional), asked how old the patient would be which was my son and then said, "With his schedule right now, we're not able to take in children." Really? I just don't think this is ethical and professional. Every moment from phone calls to in person interactions was unexpectedly unprofessional. I was willing to pay good money for ozone therapy by whom I thought appeared to be an experienced and knowledgable dentist. Even if he is, the way his practice runs is so unprofessional that I wouldn't even pay him for his time. Completely changed my opinion. It goes to show that you can't judge a book by its cover. I definitely think this office is biased, and judge based on your appearance. I wouldn't be surprised it's a racial thing. Smh

  This is such a wonderful dental facility! I was greet so warmly and so kindly by their receptionist Stephanie Curcio! They were all amazing!! They accommodated with answering all of my questions and comforted me with my doubts. They treated me with the respect and attention a patient should deserve. 10/10. Honestly, thank you guys so much for the best dental experience!

  I chose Dr Jon ( smiles by Jonathan) purely by searching the internet. I read his reviews, as well as others, and I made the decision to make an appointment. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. He gave me a beautiful smile by replacing crowns I had for years. My objective was a Whittier smile and I wasn’t disappointed. He’s wonderful at what he does. He has a pleasant staff also which made my visits enjoyable. Just two visits and I had my new smile. Look no further if you are in the market for an excellent 5 star dentist
