  AMAZING Customer Service Experience! After stopping in to ask about how to fix a broken piece, Christa Krause took it a step further and located the piece and had it shipped the next day. I have always loved Jonathan Adler, but this experience took it a step further and I will now be a customer for life! So grateful to support such a great brand, design, quality and service. Thank you Christa!!

  What a great experience! This is the 4th Largest Jonathan Adler location he has. So the inventory is extraordinary. Overall, the staff are all very helpful and attentive with assisting you in whatever. I would highly recommend this location above others

  Professional, talented and amazing staff at Biltmore Fashion Park! I was hesitant at first as their couches were on the higher end of my budget, but after shopping around I realized THIS is the best bang for your buck! You can't beat the quality in the build/fabric, product warranties and overall look/comfort. The couches are top notch quality, best & smart looking designs, as well as comfort taking the throne. Down feather filled cushions that never lose their shape. Springs in some of the designs. The couch i chose, Malibu, has ALL removable cushion covers that are dry cleanable! Wahhhhh?!((thats what sold me)) Amazing. I can also remove the cushions as well for additional room or transform into a day bed when the boyfriend is acting up :D I had the pleasure of working with Drew for over a MONTH (talk about patience) to find the best couch possible as well as keeping me informed on sales!!! The entire staff are not pushy and extremely talented and understand the concept of design. I was also assisted with the purchase of many gorgeous pillows and decor pieces. Drew was a lifesaver and I'm glad i made the choice with Jonathan Adler. Words can't describe what a great overall experience shopping with this store has been.
