  Business used a stolen image (not to my knowledge at the time of purchase) to advertise a product not of their making, and then took a month to send me a poorly made disaster of a loft bed that was, surprise, nothing like the image. They have been incredibly dishonest and keep going back and forth on whether they will refund me or not, going long stretches of time without responding to my emails. I was promised return labels and a full refund and then was told they would only replace parts (of WHAT? the whole bed, since it is not what I purchased?) This company is deceitful and as such I would absolutely never recommend business with them, especially seeing as they are not even capable of producing anything of even the barest acceptable level of quality. EDIT: I notice that just a few hours after my review, the only one on their google profile at the time of posting, they suddenly have two 5 star reviews. Completely skeptical of their authenticity, don't trust this company of dishonest snakes. Edit 1/1/18: When company realized return shipping would cost them $300 they recanted their promise to pay and claimed I had been uncooperative and would have to figure it out on my own. I have documentation through the Better Business Bureau and our private correspondence proving I have done nothing but comply, and that the company has been dishonest and difficult about every aspect of this issue. This company is deceitful and fraudulent and I have taken the matter to the New York Attorney General and the FTC. Don't waste a second of your time on these frauds.

  absolutely wonderful experience and products. love how they made something completely custom for me and everybody else said no. shipping and arrival was even before i expected it. love this company. cant wait till i order again. will be telling everyone!

  Great Customer Service. Received my bed within a few days. I will be ordering again...
