  Terrible, I asked to just color my roots and he colored my whole hair covering my lighter ends with a totally different darker color, then he told me that in a few weeks my ends would be lighter. I will never go to this place again

  My experience at this place was utterly lack luster. Charbel apparently trained under John Barrett in NYC and his highlights blow!!! He gave me THE laziest set of blonde highlights that I've received in the past 20 years. I should note that this was a groupon purchase and clearly he was in need of business to even list on this site. I would have easily been a repeat customer but since the final result of my highlighted tresses is uneven and showing nearly 2 in of root after having it done 2 weeks ago, I will NOT be back!! His attitude was so so, he wasn't mean but seemed as though working on me was the last thing in the world he wanted do! His attitude was not great but it was a thousand times better than his coloring skills and that is not saying much! My customer rating of this hair experience was remedial at best!!

  From the very beginning owner Charbel had the perfect vision for how I could look my best. He was extremely patient as he listened to what I liked and didn't like. With that in mind he explained what he wanted to do and why he thought it would fit with what would make me feel great. I felt like a princess as he worked on my hair. His work was transformative and I could just feel how passionate he is about what he does. I couldn't be happier and I recommend this salon without reservation. See you soon Charbel!
