  My daughter’s hair was down her back, beautiful cut and movement. We asked to take three inches off and the end result was a disaster. Her hair is uneven to say the least. Worst haircut she has ever received. They also charged the full price of 25$, when the sign says wash and cut and she only had her hair cut as she washed it right before we arrived. I told the stylist it should be a different price and she said “NO same price.” I wil be calling them to speak to the manger.

  My eyebrows were literally botched... the employee was about to begin the waxing until I stopped her to explain I wanted: full and clean... (she did not ask). Whatever, waxing takes maybe 10 mns and when I look into the mirror eyebrows looked totally different. She over waxed one eyebrow on top... now there is no shape... just a straight line ! Employee tried plucking the (somewhat better) eyebrow and try matching the other one.i stopped the whole thing and I asked to just leave it as is. (I was scared to have overplucked eyebrows as employee tried to remedy the situation) Result: I paid, gave her a tip for courtesy... and left quite disappointed. i will never return. Ever. Fyi. As she looked I to my face of disappointment... Employee said that laying down on the chair "looks the same..." when you pick your head up it looks different. (??? What kind of reasoning is that).
