  Joint Resources Company is an oil and gas exploration company based in Fort Worth, Texas. JRC has experience in developing unconventional oil and gas plays in Texas, making Barnett Shale wells in the Fort Worth Basin. The company has made increasingly large sales to other companies: Stroud Energy, XTO Energy, and EOG. JRC specializes in drilling the oil window of unconventional hydrocarbon plays. This is even more difficult than making successful gas wells in shale, but JRC produced more oil than any other company in the North Barnett play (Cooke and Montague counties, Texas, 2006-2009).
