  Drove 2 hours to get a part I was told would be delivered Saturday morning, to be told it was never ordered, staff looked at me like it's not their problem, deal with it

  Fixed my problem with wiring harness, and served me A lot of money. But lack of communication LEAVES much to b desired. My Trk wasn't the prettiest on the lot, but it's my money maker. It was treated like a piece of Shut until I spoke to the manager Shaun.Them the service seemed to b a lot better. Will go their in the future. Trucks running quite well.

  The 2brothers from second shift at Parts dept. are very helping , proactive and give you a good deal . You rarely find someone to really help you when you are in need. Instead , the spahish speaker ( don't know the name) from first shift was rude and sabotaged his collegues by refusing to perform his tasks. This kind of people should be fired, they often sabotage a business with their attitude.
