  Johnson funeral home was not that bad the funeral director Deborah jones sucks and does not know what she is doing. She didnt recognize the immediate family of the deceased when my husband and I walked in to attend his mothers funeral he was not greeted by the funeral director nor directed to the right place to walk out with family. She failed to give my husband (the son of the deceased) an obituary and when asked for one i was told there was a limited supply as the funeral director you should have set aside enough for immediate family and as a funeral director you should know every face and name of the family especially the immediate family if you choose johnson funeral home find a better director one who cares and is knowledgable about whats going on and how to care for a grieving family.

  Just want to express how happy I am with the service my family got from Johnson Funeral Home. Everything was perfect for my grandmother's (Hannah Mary Hogan ) funeral. I especially want to thank the person that did her hair and make-up. My grandmother looked 20 years younger! Thank you all for making that day just a little easier.   I was very disappointed at my cousins services when the program was to have a viewing at the end of the service and they just wheeled the casket out the church. No explanation. My Aunt was very hurt. It was rude and wrong! I know I won't use them for nothing! They were actually late getting to the service! Poor service!

  Compassionate Care Three years ago, I had to plan the funeral of my loved one from out of town. Burying my loved one under the most difficult of circumstances was extremely challenging and Johnson Funeral Home and Mr. Guess really, REALLY came through for me. The staff were considerate, compassionate, reassuring, and most of all professional. My family member made preparations through a different funeral home (with pre-paid services) but that company (name withheld) did not come through and were not there for me. But, Johnson Funeral Home was! They treated me with respect and made sure EVERYTHING I needed to send my loved one home properly was tastefully done to perfection! The process of body transportation (from Austin), body preparation, organizing the services, casket suggestions, flowers, to arranging transportation, I was very satisfied with the outcome! Planning a funeral can be an exhausting, emotional time and it is understandable that stress can cause one to behave inappropriately, but I cannot imagine that kind of conduct from the staff at Johnson 's, their help was stellar in every way!

  Absolutely Wonderful. Our family has had a rough few years to the point where I almost feel as if Johnson Funeral Home has become a second home (very sad to say) We have had a funeral here every years since 2008 and the services is just wonderful. Very kind people who are understanding and incredibly helpful. The staff was very accommodating and the prices are very reasonable.
