  Im a military wife so not only am I traveling a lot my husband is gone often I just got my car fixed with them not many mechanic shops actually treat women fair but this shop is like family they are extremely friendly fast John actually breaks everything down and works with you far as pricing he isn't someone who just throws some random price out there . It's better than any mechanic shop I have been to including Midas I enjoyed doing business with them not only is he closed concerned about your car but he like literally treat you like family and I would definitely keep them as the only mechanic I go to. THE BEST IN JACKSONVILLE!!!!!

  I had a great experience when I took my car to John's! He talked through all the issues with my car and did not fix anything without confirming with me first. The prices were reasonable and they were very accommodating with schedules. Overall great experience and I will be going back!

  Always a great experience here! This was my second repair at John's Park St Auto. Great quality work & great prices. I'll definitely keep coming back. Eric was friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. I'm really happy with the service I received today & would recommend them to anyone needing auto repair.
