::Great high quality Italian food. Great vegan menu. Recommend you make a reservation over the phone though. Takes credit card and cash.

::Delicious chicken parm and ragu. Big portions too. The famous meatballs were tasty but I don't think worth $18.95. The ambiance is old school with most staff very friendly. It did get confusing though with different people involved with our meal-one taking drink orders, another telling us specials and then taking our order, others bringing our food. The man who took our order never checked back again but maybe he isn't supposed to. All I know is that we had no idea who to ask about wrapping our food or for the check. Another odd thing is we had a Blackboard Eats deal for free meatballs. It said very clearly that it was one per couple with appropriate purchase but we were told it was one per table. When we pointed out that wasn't what was written we were kind of blown off saying "then it's a mistake" without looking at it or explaining the mistake. Overall, though, very high quality food (the chicken was amazing by itself much less with the sauce and cheese) and I could see eating here again.

::Worst place I've ever eaten in. My brother insisted on this place because they have some 50 year old candle that's been continuously burning. Bullcrap! They keep pulling more candlewax onto it and it keeps getting bigger. It's a fire hazard and a fire trap. We had the table next to it. It place smelled of burnt wax & smoke. The bathroom was a closet that they converted - NOT ADA compliant. I could barely fit into it & it was dark. Not to mention the over priced menu and skimpy portions. There are much better places.

::As soon as you walk into that restaurant and the door closes behind you, you become a part of John’s family! The ambience and the service is brilliant, food is extra class and don’t bother to tell the waiter any extra wishes! They really take care of it! Grandioso!!! Anytime again!!!!

::New owner, introduced himself and was very pleasant. He made it a point to make sure we were enjoying our meal and having a good experience. We got there late, and there was no pressure to get us out. They wanted us to take our time and enjoy the meal. I suggest leaving room for dessert!
