  This is why ppl dnt like to deal with private owned establishment because they feel that they can talk and treat ppl like they want which is not ok. The owners and son is awesome but im not exactly sure who the other gentlman is probably part owener but he talks down and belittle the customer. He thought we was some ghetto individuals with no money and morals, then he refused service after he had us drive all the way from Boulder City. He had a very nonchalant attitude and i have been in the retail for 10 years and i have never seen this attitude in any place i been a customer to.

  Definate "old school" shop. They have special one of a kind quality stuff.

  I needed a quick loan and I can’t say enough positive about the 2 gentleman working when I went into the store. Very courteous, straight forward about how they operate. i.e in my case I let them know that these were personal items and it was pertinent that I would be returning to pick up the items. At which point they said that is what they preferred so it was a win win on both sides. Time wise maximum I was there was 10 min. I feel this length of time is unheard of when getting a loan against collateral. When I return on the day I let them know I was going to return to pick up my items. They were ready to go. They had not been touched. Also I could tell they had not been tossed or banged around. Everything working exactly as I left it. And the fee I paid was honestly so low I can not remember what the amount was. I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of a loan and have already to many of my friends. Overall experience was a A++

  The guy is rude and mean yet the store doesnt let you pawn major items and if your color or black hes become bias if you know what i mean
