  Repaired a large rotting out outside window on the outside bottom section. Guaranteed it would not rot for at least 3 years. Didn't even last a year. He promised he would redo the window at no charge. Another year plus has past. The window now must be replaced. Gave me a lot of excuses and finally stopped answering my calls. Johnny didn't fix it.

  My husband and I recently hired Johnny Fix It to take care of a small project in our home that kept getting pushed aside. It was something that my husband thought he’d be able to handle himself, but found out it was a lot more involved than he thought once he got started. Still, it seemed like much too small of a project to hire a contractor for. However, when I reached out to Johnny Fix It, I was pleasantly surprised by how happy they were to help us out. I was able to get an estimate scheduled quickly and have the work done almost immediately. From the quick response and pleasantness of the office manager, Leigh to the knowledge and skill of John and his crew, we could not be happier with this company! After having a contractor in my family move out of the area, it’s nice to have a company that I know I can rely on when we need. They were punctual and treated us with the same courtesy and professionalism as if this were a “big job”. They really mean it when they say “No job is Too Big or Too Small” A Huge Thank You to John and the crew at Johnny Fix It. We will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend them for any of your construction needs!

  They were very professional, respectful, accurate, timely, and did the job exactly as I needed. Their rates were reasonable as well.
