  He can't even get a weed charge dropped. Bad lawyer can find better for cheap.

  In the entire time I’ve ever used attorneys I’ve only once used another attorney and that’s because I didn’t know of John McWilliam. Every time I do something, no matter how serious or stupid it is, he gets it dismissed — I’m not even kidding. He works magic in a court room. I’ve unfortunately gotten the chance to seem him in action several times. He’s like the Kobe Bryant of Law, the Clint Eastwood of the judicial system. He walks into the courtroom like he owns the place, he goes straight to the table to get your papers, he then goes to the cop who charged you and he will make that cop forget he’s at court. He’ll put that cop in a good mood so the cop will be more likely to give you a break. He does a lot more and mixes it all up to make for one incredible court experience. When the DA calls your name to ask if you’ve got an attorney or not and you reply “John McWilliam”, the DA will kind of studder a bit and become nervous like a grade school kid getting their first kiss. You have to see it for yourself. And if you really want to understand his magic, you’ve got to go to get charged more than once.

  John is a consummate professional at practicing law. He is honest, forthright, and looks out for the best interest of his clients. I can't sing his praises enough. He met with me on very short notice, and was present at my hearing as promised.   This guy completely seemed to be minimal help for my sister and her family. My sister had serious charges, it took him MONTHS to go see her in jail. My mom called his office seems like on a weekly basis only hearing from him a few times. He told us everything we wanted to hear to keep our hopes up (and to keep the payments coming...). After my sister was sentenced (which was years longer than what was expected) he left. My sister, our family, did not understand what everything means with the sentencing and the requirements set forth by the judge. My mom called multiple times days after just trying to get answers and never called back. never went and spoke to my sister after sentencing. just left :( not to mention, the DA seemed to not have a good relationship with him and had a lame closing argument.
