  J McGowen just completed a beautiful improvement on our small private lane on the North Shore of Long Island. The shared private road was in poor disrepair, and with McGowen's expertise and easy lead time, the job came out gorgeous and all resident neighbors were very happy with the result. The office staff was always responsive and considerate and workers on the job were polite and kept job site neat & clean. The pricing was also very good compared to other bids we received. I highly recommend this paving contractor.
