  Elisa is knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and patient. She helped me step by step through a very frustrating difficult claims process on my Moms house. Mom has passed and i knew NOTHING. Elisa walked me through each step and told me what to expect. I can't praise her enough!! Thank you!!

  I was lucky to meet Joe and his staff as my agent when I moved to NJ few years ago. I felt they were already prepared to serve and assist me as a friend as soon as I opened the door of the office. As one who speaks English as a second language, it is always the best thing to work with thoughtful people like them.

  Insuring my home and car with Joe and Elisa feels safe. My calls and/or emails were always returned in a timely manner. Elisa took time to answer any questions I had, and she was knowledgable and always patient answering any questions to my full satisfaction. Elisa also offered creative ways to save on my premium. The service you get from Joe and Elisa and their staff is the kind you would want from any service provider of any kind. Highly recommended.

  Each staff always take time to answer all inquiries in a personal and professional manner. One of the staff, Elisa, sees to it that we are able to avail of all the savings and discounts opportunities that State Farm can offer. When i step into their office, i am immediately welcomed by a warm and friendly staff and environment. This State Farm office is highly recommended.

  They go over everything with you to offer you the best deal they can. They're patient and customer service is great. They get back to me quickly if I have a question. I've shopped around, and overall I trust these guys best.
