  Walked in looking for a quick watch fix, in and out in less than 5 minutes and didn’t ask for a dime! Super nice and friendly and very clean establishment!

  Had a watch face and bezel changed out and was done in the expected amount of time. Great guys, amazing history here. Family owned and operated much better than a chain with all the same jewelery as everyone else. Stop by and learn about them and give them your business rather than a chain!

  I had to drop of a bracelet for the second time because they didn't repair it correctly the first time. A month and a half later and having not received a single update, I stopped by the shop. I was greeted and proceeded to tell the lady what had happened. I tell her that I haven't heard from anyone in over a month. Her reply...'I seriously doubt that'. Um, rude! Ridiculously long repair times and condescending staff. Go up Congress a bit and there is another jewelry store more than happy to have your business!

  Recently visited and was helped by Brad Koen who helped and showed me different wedding rings for my fiancé. I also had links taken out of my watch. He was so friendly greeting me and very pleasant throughout entire experience. The links were taken out of my watch very promptly. I appreciated the service very much!! I would recommend this place to anyone.

  I have been coveting the cutest Texas charm necklace Koen & Sons had in the window for 2 months! I finally went in today and bought it! #treatyoself Got it for a great price, even sending it in to be shortened, it was less expensive than what I see around town. And I was in a REAL jewelry store. Brad Koen helped me, he was very professional and sweet. Even though I wasn't buying diamonds he still treated me with respect and was very attentive. I will definitely be back when I have diamond jewelry money (lol!) and will recommend Joe Koen & Sons to everyone.
