  As an athlete, and struggling with weight, (yes, even athletes struggle with weight) Jodi has shown me a whole new way of eating, along with mental strategies which are helping me obtain my ultimate goals. In a matter of a month, I have gotten 11 minutes quicker on my runs, lost weight, and just feel amazingly well! My stomach, mind and body have never felt this good.
