  It can either be a great place to go or a greatly stressful place to go depending on whether or not you know what you are doing or whether or not they have what you're looking for! I am surprised at what a poor selection of buttons they have given the fact that it is such a large chain and is frequented by people from just about every walk of life. They also have very little in the way of natural or organic material if at all and do not sell flax linen at all! I was very grateful to find 100% wool yarn there! A big thank you to the gal who showed me where that was!

  Prompt service, courteous employees, friendly environment, clean n organized, best prices in town, large selections, great coupons ALWAYS available. Love the store, wish I could live there!

  Great experience every time, especially when my favorite employee Justine is working. She always has a smile on her face and is so helpful😊. I can find just about everything I need when I'm sewing or crafting.👍

  Large location. Lots of fabric, notions and sewing supplies available. Huge silk flower section. Nice staff. Great App with money saving coupons.

  Place was packed, not many people working. The ladies behind the counter seemed more interested in talking to each other than cutting fabric. Many customers had 5 to 10 bolts to be measured and cut. Me and 2 others only had 1 thing. I understand they go by tickets, but why do i have to wait 45 minutes to get 1yd cut? I just thunk there could be a better system for this.
