::I've here a few times, it almost has two personalities. The coffee shop during the day and the one at night. It's relaxing atmosphere and the friendly staff along with Steller coffee makes this a must visit. We were lucky enough to see a small band play, Irish music? Or at least that what it sounded like.

::Such a lovely place. We enjoyed the ambience, service and the food. The veggie tower was amazing. We packed it for the road and the food tasted amazing even after hours. The chai tea had perfect spice to it. We also took a Danish cherry pastry which was equally delicious. They also gave us some mini cinnamon rolls for the road as a gift, which was very sweet. Highly recommend this place.

::This review is about the open mic night on a Wednesday nights. A great place to hear local artists perform in a relaxed atmosphere. Good food, snacks, drinks and of course performances. Singer songwriters are the mainstay, but you’ll also see a smattering of spoken word performed as well.

::Jives has amazing coffee and food, but what is even more impressive is the leadership of this company. The owners are frequently walking around, asking people how they are, joking, making sure customers are happy, etc. One of the owners has 10 kids! I only know this because I went to college with one of the "kids," and I can honestly say: what an amazing family. I will always support local, hard-working, family businesses, and Jives is the epitome of all of that. The other co-owner (I believe) is always friendly, always hustling, and is frequently seen riding his bike to work. These families lead by example and that's rare to see these days. The Mama Mia sandwich is always delicious and fresh. A good and unique drink to try is the spicy mocha, with extra cayenne pepper. 🌶

::Such an adorable coffee shop! Decided to stop here while I was in Colorado Springs and was not disappointed. The shop itself has indoor and outdoor seating, and a bookshelf with books that are free for you to look through while you sip on your coffee. They also have a small stand in the corner with musical instruments- where I assume a band plays every once in a while. As far as service goes, the employees were polite and my food and drink came out super fast. I ordered an iced “Black Sea”. Super yummy! It was the perfect sweetness and full of flavor. And for food, I ordered a Turkey Provolone Croissant which I definitely recommend. It came with chips and some dip. My meal totaled about $15 with drink and food. Definitely recommend stopping here (-:
