  I have been a student at Jiva since its opening 3 years ago and I cannot speak highly enough about the dedicated and knowledgeable instructors and the classes they give. The studio is beautiful and clean, and the owner Sybil is always offering workshops to fine tune your yoga practice and adding to her class offerings. I truly have never taken a class there that was not excellent, as each instructor brings something really great to the table. If you are a newbie to yoga, don't be intimidated! The staff will assist you at your level as you grow in your practice. Additionally, the whole vibe of Jiva is just really welcoming. It is truly a hidden jewel in Fords!

  Great instructors and easy to sign up the class online. It's getting popular so make sure to come early to keep your parking and mat spots.
