Great, reliable, and friendly cleaners. Might be a little more expensive in the area but it’s worth the service and that they do everything in house!

Honestly, I won't be able to find a better cleaners. First off, the location is so convenient and unlike many other cleaners, it looks very clean! The service is amazing and the people who work there are really generous. The laundry, dry cleaning, to the tailoring are all spotless! I've never had to complain about anything and I've been going to them for quite a while now. I STRONGLY recommend this place if you're looking for a quick, efficient, and CLEAN service!!

They turned me away. Apparently business most be so good that they can decide to turn people away. Only after saying I was going write about my experience did he say he'd do the job. I went to get a pair of simple khakis pants hemmed and tapered. I came with a pair of pants as a sample that had been previously hemmed and tapered elsewhere. I moved so I needed a new cleaner/tailor. After some confusion using the sample pair I brought with me, I asked if I could just just try on the pants so he could chalk up the outline. After putting the pants on he gave a look of frustration and said: "Just go back to the lady that fixed your other pants." I was like: "what?". He said it was too complicated. I'm thinking: "it's a pair of regular khakis?!" And all I asked was for regular hem and taper that was never an issue with my past mom and pop Korean cleaner. I usually buy my pants with larger waist and need them tapered a good bit. I said: "you're professionals so not sure why you can't perform the job that a similar cleaners/tailor has done before." Only after saying I would describe my experience on Yelp that he decided he could do the job. Obviously it was too awkward at that point. Bottom line, working in NYC as a cleaner/tailor you'll get easier or tougher jobs. You need to be professional and take it as it comes. It's not like I showed up with some crazy garment or crazy request.
