  Absolute rudest individual I have ever talked to on the phone. Wish I could give negative stars. Initial phone call and convo went like this: Jim's: "Yes?" Me: "Hi there, is this Jim's computer services?" Jim's: "mumble, mumble" Me: I'm sorry, I didn't catch that, can you repeat what you just said? Jim's: "What do you want!?" Me: "Is this how you talk to all your customers?" Jim's: (Hangs up) I tried calling back and he sent me straight to voicemail, then shoots me the start of the attached text messages (be sure to start with text 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc. for proper sequence). Bottom line: he was continuously rude, never apologizes until he is convinced that I would write a review, and then continues to insult me..."you text better than you talk." Do yourself a favor people, don't spare your dignity using services from people that are flat out ugly and rude. Regardless of how good or bad their work may be, it isnt worth dealing with complete jerks!!!

  Had a great experience, he was nice and polite and helped me rid the viruses off of my computer. Will definitely call on him again if I have any other problems.

  I recommended my Grandfather to take his computer to Jim's since I live out of town. Jim was able to resolve the issue (profile issue on Win10) and didnt try any up sale/funny business you get at other places. Thank you Jim!

  Mr.jim was very honest and was very easy to understand what the problem was and what needs to be done to fix it. Go see Jim!!
