  I did not have a good experience at this dry cleaner. I brought in a men's suit to be cleaned. I pointed out two spots on the front of the jacket and they labeled the two spots. When I picked it up, the twos spots were still there. I asked what happened and why they couldn't be removed. She said it was too hard to take out. I believe that is the answer they give everyone and they do not really try to take out stains. I didn't believe it, so I went home took a wipie from the bathroom and wiped both stains and they came out immediately. This goes to show they really do not concentrate on the stains. In addition, both times I went in here, there were no greetings, no hello, no thank you. Very serious owners.
