  On October 9, 2013, we submitted the approval to Jim to order and/or build an extension of our bar matching up the quartz cambrian black counter and our cherry cabinets. Jim indicated it would take about 5 weeks to get the cabinets ordered. In November, we were told they were in. We received excuses after excuses of why he couldn't make it out here to install them. Finally, in Dec., he told us that he made a mistake when ordering the cabinets. They were maple instead of cherry but he was going to try to fix it. Mid December, he came out and installed the cabinets, but no doors or drawer faces. He said he would be back with those later. Its now March 2014 and I can't tell you how many times we've called and texted Jim and how many times he said he would be out but has never shown. By the way, he has one of our original cabinet doors he used to "match" the stain and wood. He's lied about a supposed "friend" that would come out to deliver the doors. We've asked to go get the doors ourselves, but are never given information about where they are. Others in this neighborhood have had similar experiences with at least one in the midst of suing him. DO NOT USE Jim. He's unreliable.
