  These guys do great work on my Frye boots that need a cleaning, conditioning and shine at least twice a year thanks to all the salt my boots collect over the winter. Prices are reasonable. Staff is friendly. Very pleased with them. Strongly recommend.

  This place has helped breathe new life into a few older items I own. Had an old pair of boots with surface damage polished and restored, another new pair stretched. Prices seemed reasonable/low.

  This is the second time they have chipped or sanded the heels on designer boots with real wood heels. No apology, just told me "next time tell us to be more careful, most people don't care about little things like that". Prices are reasonable but I'll pay more somewhere else to keep my heels shaped the way the designer made them!!!

  They did a great job fixing my hiking shoes and a leather bag, and really everyone there is a pleasure to talk to. It was my first time there but my boyfriend has been a customer of theirs for years.

  I've used Jimmy's twice and have been very satisfied both times. They've gone above and beyond on both instances, exceeding my expectations. On one occasion they did some additional repairs on top of the specific repair I had asked for, free of charge. As others have mentioned, their prices are very reasonable and after both of my experiences with them I fully trust them to do an excellent, honest job.
