  It was ok... cheap but portions reflect price. Definitely fresh but bland

  Capitol Hill neighborhood staple. Cash-only short-order diner serving up classic breakfast and lunches. Very friendly service and quirky atmosphere.

  Wonderful little dinner in the heart of DC. The food was excellent and service was good. Will definitely be back in the future! I had the waffle which was as big as the plate with a side of eggs and bacon. Look to spend anywhere from 8-15 dollars a person.

  Best corner window, lunch counter breakfast joint in the city. John and Cindy are fantastic. And if you're lucky you may get a cameo from the likes of Gerry. Food like mom used to make.
