  Poor service ordered tuna gave us ham. Then they said they would charge us for thier mistake! Lol what a joke.

  This restaurant is about par for a Jimmy John’s. The sandwich was as expected, tasteful and above the level of Subway but a bit heavy on the mayonnaise. Nothing, in particular, made it spectacular. The staff was approachable but not quite friendly, the establishment clean. Service was quick but the place wasn’t busy either.

  Terrible service. Unfriendly employees. We came in at 7:45, no other customers were there and we got the feeling that they didn't want us to dine in. No sign posted for closing hours. We just ate in our warm car. Food was good.

  I'm becoming more and more dissatisfied Everytime I eat here. First of all, I used to be able to order a sandwich and it would be here "freaky fast" and now it takes forever. It's beyond frustrating. Food is still good quality but if you have a lunch break at work, I wouldn't order a delivery. Freaky slow.

  I give a 3 just because the food was good, but service was very poor.
