::Multiple times at this location I have ordered delivery for lunch and waited 45-60 minutes for a sandwich. Really sucks when you have somewhere to be and want to grab something fast, or only have an hour lunch break to work with. They also seem to think the hot peppers come out of their paychecks (barely put any on when I ask for extras) but that's just a personal pet peeve.

::I used to eat jimmy johns at my other job. It was cool for a while until they started to mess up on my orders but when they did mess up they would give me something extra. This place DOES NOTHING! They delivered a sandwich that I was told was a mix up and someone else probably had mine . I didn’t notice it was a different sandwich til I bit into it. There was a light brown sauce in there that said they DIDNT HAVE! It tasted like chemicals and nail polish!! The lady swore she knew what she was talking about just bc she had made the sandwich’s herself but she DIDNT EAT IT AND IT WASNT IN FRONT OF HER! She told me that there was tomatoes on it and THERE WASNT! for a lady that claims she made the sandwich and knew it was a mix up, she didn’t know what was on it! The sandwich tasted so gross I got even more upset just explaining it to her. They brought me my ORIGINAL SANDWICH THAT I ORDERED AND ONLY GAVE ME A “we’re sorry” “we’re interested in knowing what brown sauce you’re talking about” like the least u could do is give me a discount or a free soda or SOMETHING! like that sauce whatever it was didn’t even smell good and I FREAKIN ATE IT! THERE WAS TOO MUCH ON IT TOO THATS ALL U COULD TASTE! I’m never eating here again. I’m so done with jimmy johns they can’t even do their job right.
