::Literally just hung up with a guy who worked here, told me that he didn't deliver 3 miles from his location, and when asked "Which Jimmy Johns does deliver here" he replied with "no one delivers there". Awesome service. And also had to place me on hold to just to figure out where 101 and Mcdowell was. Very intelligente staff. Avoid calling/ordering.

::Ordered a sandwhich over an hour ago from the Apache store. Was told my address was out of range so I was transferred to the Mill store. Helpful at first but after 40 minutes and still no sandwhich I am not happy. Called twice to see where driver was and was only told “on their way” it wasn’t until I asked where exactly he was that they shared the information with me that the driver does several deliveries at a time. Had I known that I would have canceled my order.

::Not going back. Listened to 2 employees complain about women who bought food than Sat inside eating but didn't leave fast enough for them. Very rude and embarrassing.

::HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I called on my lunch break. Took 20 min to deliver. That's fine, but when I got my order it was completely wrong. I then called to have it corrected and it took another 20 minutes! My lunch was over by the time I got the correct order! The guy on the phone cut me off in the middle
