  I work close by and had them deliver. Nothing to write home to mom about. It was my first time ordering from Jimmy John's and the guy on the phone wasn't really helpful. He didn't even ask if I wanted any "freebies." I wanted mustard! The tuna salad was dry and there wasn't much of it. It was overtaken by too much lettuce that was equally flavorless. The bread was hard and sterile tasting. The delivery guy was nice. I guess that's why it deserves 2 stars instead of 1. I can't understand why this place is so popular when the food is so mediocre. $8 for a flavorless lettuce sandwich with a side of sandpaper tuna?

  The service was the fastest I have ever seen in my life...wooooow. very kind and pleasant staff. I will definitely be a return customer to that location. If all locations are like that one I will be a customer for years to come.

  Had a problem with my order and they replaced it no questions asked! I was also handled with supreme customer service. Definetly will keep ordering from this location!
