  Received quick and courteous service. Food was excellent. Environment was clean excepting some papers and material from what looked like a planogram change or new window stickers being put up before open.

  Worst delivery service ever. Placed an order before they opened for delivery, giving plenty of time for on-time delivery. Driver called when he was leaving the store telling me it would be 10-15 min until he arrived. 45 min later I still didn’t have my order. When I called to check in they said the driver had dropped my sandwich, because “sandwiches are heavy and it broke the bag” and had to go back to the store for a new one. Also, he was on a bike and not in a car. Never called to let me know. Finally, after 1.5 hours I received my sandwich and very stale cookie. No apology, no phone call - just a note on the receipt that read “Delay” The only reason I gave them 2 Stars was because my order was correct. Sadly, this is the 2nd time this has happened from this location. I’ll be ordering from Firehouse from now on.
